Quark Protein Fruit Bowls (Mango or Strawberry)

Quark Protein Fruit Bowls with mango and strawberry

If you cannot find quark in your grocery store, Greek yogurt is a great substitute, but the taste and the nutritional content will vary.  Still just as enjoyable and delicious!


For the Mango Bowl:

  • 7 oz. (200g) natural quark
  • ¼ mango, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. granola

For the Strawberry Bowl:

  • 7 oz. (200g) natural quark
  • 5 strawberries, halved
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. coconut chips


Spoon the quark into serving bowls or glasses. Garnish with any desired toppings and serve.

(Serves 2) Nutrition per serving (if using quark): 250 kcal / 4g Fat / 30g Carbs / 25g Protein
