This could mean devoting a single hour each day to checking the updates or abstaining from the news for several days if it means that your mental health will improve as a result.
Tip #2: Prioritize Self-Care Like Never Before
During times of crisis, it’s important to prioritize our psychological needs so that we don’t become so overwhelmed with stress that it negatively impacts both our physical and mental health. One way to do this is to focus on self-care, which is the act of doing something kind for ourselves.
